• ・We will propel the project through considerations on integrity of the process of project, from the envisioning process to the designing process, maintenance to administration of the building, in order to contribute to the goal of the project such as creation of a livable environment, safe and comfortable community or commercial area revitalization.
• ・We will work as consultants and coordinators to our clients and will contribute to the development of the project through arranging organization of landowners, supporting activities by association of holders and negotiating with local authorities.
• ・We will draw out business plans to utilize private owned unused macroscale land, development plans and business schemes for land usage and asset utilization.
• ・We will propel rebuilding projects of old apartments through working as consultants to arrange project organization, bringing up consensus, drawing out plans reflecting residents’ demands, and through propositions on appropriate maintenance schedules. Through entire process of envisioning, research, and planning of the project, we will propose plans for commercial areas that will be capable of revitalizing local businesses.
