In this plan, the newly built South Hall will have a seismic isolation structure to maintain the function of the government building in the event of a disaster, and the main focus will be to maximize the function of the entire government building by connecting to the existing North Hall.
For this reason, the color and horizontal lines that emphasize the exterior of the existing North Hall are emphasized, and an exterior design that expresses the environmental characteristics of the façade incorporating solar panels is the history of the canteen, deck terrace, and Itabashi located near the entrance on the first floor. We will create an environment that is friendly to the local area, such as landscapes that are conscious of the nature of highways and Musashino, and a green roof garden that is open on the roof. We worked hard to realize a long-familiar government building that effectively connects the inside and outside of the building, such as a ward service window, a ward hall where various events are held, and a gallery mall.
