This facility is a complex facility consisting of a multipurpose arena and learning commons. Taking advantage of the fact that most of the buildings are buried underground due to the building coverage rate, we aim to realize the “Zero Energy Arena” by combining a geothermal air conditioning system and solar power generation etc. The roof of the lower part of the roof is formed with a roof top using native species of the area, aiming to restore the ecosystem in the area. In addition, in this plan, Yamashita design and implementation design are conducted by Yamashita Design and Shimizu Construction Design Joint Enterprise.
