Goodman Japan Business Park East Gate was completed as the fourth logistics facility in a business park owned by the Goodman Group and located in Chiba New Town. The facility is a four-story, multi-customer logistics facility with a total leased area of approximately 116,400 sqm. It is a functional warehouse with efficiently arranged parking lots, vehicle waiting areas, ramps, and truck berths that allow for rapid loading and unloading in a one-way route. As with all Goodman Japan distribution facilities, it was designed for superior functionality. In consideration of sustainability, the building has also been certified CASBEE S rank, BELS 5★, and ZEB.
